About  Wolf Den Family Genealogy
There is a story passed down that there were three brothers kidnapped off the coast of Ireland and taken to America to work as indentured servants. One brother jumped off the ship and believed to have drowned trying to swim back. My mother wanted for me to name this site after the Wolf's Den property purchased by Robert Lazenby, from whom this family is directly descended. My grandmother had a copy of a draft from Mary Lazenby, with a note, "to my cousin Alma Tarran." Daniel Lazenby has sent us a copy of the published book. I hope sometime I can get copies of the original photos - email would be fine. I would be happy to email any of these family photos to other family members.
We are still working on editing and adding in the information. Please let us know when we have errors, and any additional family information would be greatly appreciated.
I want to thank many people for giving me so much information about our families: Lamar Hartman at the Irving Museum (my Great-Grandmother Martha "Matte" Christian was a Hartman).Lane Trueblood, David Lazenby, Ginger Thomsen. I am going to add more to this list as I sort through the mountain of wonderful papers! With warmest gratitude,
 Bronwyn
P.S. At this point in time, I am adding information as I find it, leaving it all for someone to sort!

Getting Around
There are several ways to browse the family tree. The Tree View graphically shows the relationship of selected person to their kin. The Family View shows the person you have selected in the center, with his/her photo on the left and notes on the right. Above are the father and mother and below are the children. The Ancestor Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph above and children below. On the right are the parents, grandparents and great-grandparents. The Descendant Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph and parents below. On the right are the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Do you know who your second cousins are? Try the Kinship Relationships Tool. Your site can generate various Reports for each name in your family tree. You can select a name from the list on the top-right menu bar.

In addition to the charts and reports you have Photo Albums, the Events list and the Relationships tool. Family photographs are organized in the Photo Index. Each Album's photographs are accompanied by a caption. To enlarge a photograph just click on it. Keep up with the family birthdays and anniversaries in the Events list. Birthdays and Anniversaries of living persons are listed by month. Want to know how you are related to anybody ? Check out the Relationships tool.
